N. A person who offers sexual favors for a nominal fee. They, however, are unwilling to do these acts in a car, or a motel room. Instead, they perform all sexual acts behind, next too, around or in a dumpster.
"Oh my goodness, did you see that guy puttin it too the dumpstitute behind the dumpster?"
