String of words used when an individual is rendered temporarily speechless. Happens more often than necessary. Often used as an ineffectual device to gather time to come up with some sort of cogent response.
(Scene: Cocktail party)
Gerry: "James you mentioned that you have an in depth knowledge of the constitution. Can you quote the preamble for us?"
James: "Durr...uhh...fuckin, I must have had too much to drink, for I can't seem to recall it."
Gerry: " You don't know shit about fuck."
