What is Duva?

a word which refers to a stupid, foolish, or careless person. Often used to express frustration. It originated in Providence, RI, at Rhode Island College, and comes from Duva Gas Station, which is located near the campus. Common synonyms include
"Duva, you suck! You totally just ruined my bio paper!" or "Shut up. You are such a duva."
