Suburb in south east queensland located halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Just off the M1 Motorway and minutes to Beenleigh Train Station which offers express services to Brisbane and Robina (Gold Coast.)
Eagleby is bordered on three sides by the Logan and Albert Rivers. Wildlife (particularly birds) are abundant, as a visit to the Eagleby Wetlands will show.
Eagleby is developing quickly from an unpopular, bad name suburb to an area where people choose to live. This is due to it's great location (half an hour drive to Brisbane CBD and Gold Coast), transport links, and natural wildlife corridors along the Logan and Albert Rivers.
Nearest suburb is Beenleigh which has been earmarked as a key urban centre in the South East Queensland Strategic Plan.
