A person marked by characteristics of extreme naivité and ignorance, coupled with an unflattering tendency towards brashness and bravado (esp. in those areas which he/she is naive and ignorant).
I can't believe what an earo he is. Did you hear him say, "i don't know who the hell Lao Tzu is but he sounds like an idiot," just now?
