To persist with an arguement, or some sort of abuse after the initial attack has ended, or after one of the arguers/abusers have stopped.
Person A: Hey jerkface, how are you this morning!?
Person B: Shut the heck up dude
Person A: fine, I'll stop
Person B: Yeah that's right
Person B: If you do it again I'll punch you in the face retard
Person B: Go kill yourself
Person A: Ok, stop, you're just egging it on, and I already said I would stop
Person B: OH! Now I understand, I am an idiot.
