An act of fisting, in which the the fister has unusually large hands and puts a large portion of both of their arms into he fistee, and the fistee leans forward makign elephant sounds.

Named because it looks like when someone is birthing an elephant baby, and they have to really reach in there to get it.

Zac: Beth's playing hard to get, how can I get her to notice me?

Joe: Why don't you give her a bit of the old elephant fisting?

Zac: Nah we've already done that, and all it got me was a wink and a brown stain up to my shoulders.
