title for a person with the initials MW. Derived from juvenile facilities and residential treatment centers where one's initials (MW) or ID # are used instead of their real name. People dont like to say em-double-you, it takes too long. So its em dub.
"(radio crackling) D9 will you please send em-double-you to the shift supervisors office please?"
