a emo ho is prett much a girl that dresses emo in the piss poor attempt to hide the fact that she's a ho. so to break it down even further, a slut that wears all black; to include heavy eye liner and black lipstick, acts very emotional: excessively dramatic, makes the biggest deal out of every situation and cries at the end of every situation, and foremost is a SLUT. yes this is an EMO HO.
