A homeless person who failed at life. Usually found on highway entrance ramps with signs written in ketchup(catsup).
"Dude, did you hear about that enbody who killed a man on monday?"
"No, I didn't know they were skilled enough at anything to kill a man"
"Yeah, well, it was a woman. He took his money and wrote a 'to california' sign in the victim's blood."
"Oh, I thought they wrote all their signs in blood."
"No, in ketchup."
