An East African Country along the Red Sea coast, bordering Ethiopia and The Sudan.
Eritrea won it's indepedence from Ethiopia in 1991, after a 30 year fight.

A country in Northeast Africa near the Middle East. It is also the country in which many Washington D.C. area cab drivers are from.
