When two or more senior company officials sit in adjacent stalls and discuss business while dumping. Can also apply to any senior company official conducting business on his or her cell phone during same action.

Proving that attending to bodily functions need not mean downtime, Bill and Jason went to the men's room together to finish their discussion of company affairs while taking an execudump.
