When you initially fail at something and in response, attempt to fix the problem, leading to not one, but two other major screw ups.
My god, I can't believe that after we found out about Senator Smith's affair, his office tried to change the subject by saying that he's done the right thing by taking care of the kid they had out of wedlock! Oh! and then we find out that he's been paying for them out of his campaign contributions. What a FAILFECTA
