A desktop wallpaperthat fails so hard, the creator would've had to be high to believe that anyone could possibly want to see it every day.

Common aspects of a failpaper:

1. Resized one way but not the other (i.e. stretched out)

2. Resized from a shitty 200 pixel image to be a 1600 x 1200 wallpaper.

3. Made in MS Paint.

4. Saved as a JPEG at the lowest possible quality.
