It´s a common way of saying drug in Argentina. You can say "falopero" to refer to a drug addict.
1-la fiesta estuvo bárbara chabón: estaba lleno de falopa
-the party was amazing brotha: there was a lot of drugs
2-che loco, hay alguien que venda falopa por aca? me quiero poner re-loco...
-Hey man, are there any drug dealers around? I wanna get high!
