What is Fanny Flu?

Another term or name for having HIV/AIDS disease , usually referring to recently infected gay men who are promiscuous . Instead of saying "they are HIV+" it is another definition for the illness, that can be used around more people, in a sick -twisted/humorous way.
After seeing him at a dance club, he looked "sick", i knew i shouldnt go home with him ,he didnt look well, actually more like a skeleton, he must have the "Fanny Flu".
