Very lazy, indolent and languid sex done with apathy towards the partner and with the intention of ‘just passing’ or surmounting an obstacle before you, ie climbing over to go to the bathroom or whatever. From the analogy to a vehicle ferry were vehicles just 'roll on' do nothing (the boat/ship does the moving/work) and 'roll off'; normally the other side.
After twenty beers the night before I woke in the morning to find her still in bed beside me. I had to do her the courtesy but all I could manage in that state was a quick ferry fuck before dragging my self into the bathroom.
