1. A plastic cone placed on a dog's head to prevent it from gnawing at itself when afflicted by fleas.
2. The ultimate level of douchebaggery, a collar popped so ourageously high it immitates the aforementioned object. Thought to prevent said douchebag from gnawing at over-Lacoste Cologned areas of his body.
1. "My dog has a fleacone for the next week."
