A foamy beer is when first you first pee in your lover's mouth, then you seal the romance with a nice hot load of semen. Without hesitation she shakes the love malt in her mouth only to tilt her head back and open her mouth. Like magic the mixture will foam out just like some chilled suds, but it's not suds, rather it's your pee and some happy sailors going to town!!
I knew I loved Paula,so I figured the best way to show her my undying love was to give her the oh so mystical foamy beer. After she got done throwing up I knew I had her forever.
