2) to be a victim by proxy.
3) to cut oneself for attention.
1) "Tricia is all about the fondl. She can't just leave it alone that someone doesn't like that she slept with Mary's boyfriend and talked about it publicly."
2) "Laney had nothing to do with this! She is fondl-ing this for all it's worth, which isn't much."
3) "Lori fondl'd herself again last night. She's cut up her arms like a virginia ham."
