What is Fongalon?

Fongalon is someone, female in particular, who believes they are more attractive than they actually are. They are deceiving in appearance as from afar they seem attractive, but as you move closer to them you find they are not. People who are fongalons are deceptive, this is usually contributed to the clothes they wear. Their appearance is improved by a good dress sense, but as someone moves closer to them the actual calibre of the person is displayed.
