FYA really means For Your Attention, but a co-worker and I couldn't figure out what it meant for like, three hours so we decided to say For Your Ass instead.
In an e-mail:
Erin: For Your Ass (FYA): I'm leaving in like, five seconds.
Mandy: For Your Ass (FYA): I'm so frickin jealous you ho ass.
