To Frap a Nepsack is to make a random noise with no absolute meaning other than it was loud, annoying, and heard by all.
You are at work taking tech support calls for comcast high speed internet. Then for no apparent reason, you stand up and scream frapnepsack from your cubicle, thus interupting the mental capacity of both the person on the phone and your fellow work associates.
