What is Frosty-pirate?

The act of semen being expelled from the penis, onto a persons eye when it is less than 32 degrees Fahrenheit. The semen freezes over the persons eye, like an eye patch. Then following the ejaculation, the person is kicked in the shin, to become a like a pirate with one eye and one leg.
"Yeah dude, I accidentally gave her a Frosty-pirate this morning, it was brutal."
