What is Fucklesworth?

Arrogant, wealthy person who is often seen driving an Escalade, Yukon XLT, Excursion, or other mammoth sized SUV while simultaneously talking on a cell phone and erratically changing lanes without a signal.
That stupid fucklesworth just cut me off! "Hang up the phone and drive ASSHOLE!"
