Noun. Primarily non-messy delicacy pocketed at a party, for future consumption. Origin - Some fuhnow and some fuhlayta.

More rarely, the person taking same.

After modestly avoiding indulgence during the function, when it finished, the ladies pretended to stash the yummies for friends and family, when really they took them as fuhlaytas.

Having loads of coin does not provide immunity from being a fuhlayta.
