fundi is an abbreviation of "fundamentalists." Whoever has a fundamentalistic tendency in politics is called "fundi." It was used in Germany to refer to the idealistic faction of the Green Party, in contrast to the realpolitik faction.
We have to convert all of them to Christianity.
