What is Funky Mess?

a description of a: situation, circustance, person, place, thing, that is inproperly conceived or executed. Typically some that has a "poor taste" quality about it.
Example: That girls hair is a funky mess. Description: a woman's hairstyle has been died many colors with perhaps pincurls in the back and a finger wave in the front.
