When someone works at a menial and degrading highschool job way past the acceptable age, without acheiving a higher position. Menial highschool jobs include fastfood, blockbuster, bar bouncer, etc. Associated with douchebaggery.
Dude I was home for christmas, and Jerry is still a funployee at Chuck E Cheeze.
