A term used by Anacortes High School students, a bet was made years ago that if the boys soccer team lost against the girls soccer team then the boys would have to be cheerleaders for the girls. The girls kicked ass and the boys didnt want use a gay term like cheerleaders so they took something perv and turned it into a cheer squad.
