When a guy takes pride in his "nice" body, taking any opportunity to show it off.  On myspace taking a picture of ones abs lifting their shirt (douche pose), or losing ones shirt when it would be completely unnecessary, as in a recreational sport or work activity that requires minimal physical exertion.
