When a gay person has not yet had gay sex; the gay equivilent of virginity.

"Billy has been out for a year and he finally lost his gayginity."

2.

When a gay person loses their virginity through their rectum.

i.e. When Sam got analy abused in an alley.

Remember when i took that guys gayginity in that alley, he screamed like a little girl.
