An attempt to rectify unfair treatment toward certain members of society when the total pool of males and females are overly represented in a given population. Apparently an active drive to recruit transexuals, neuters, and hermaphrodites.
From a campus memo: The Director decided to work part-time and focus her energy on gender diversity in admissions.
