What is Generitron?

In Transformers, Go-bots, etc., Generitron is the name for the generic robots that inhabit the homeworld and are used as extras. The majority appear to have no ability to transform or have any other special abilities.

As Starscream flew overhead, several Generitron looked up in horror.
