What is Georgian Yellow Tide?

When a mischevious person dumps enough piss into the carpet of a hotel room that the carpet refuses to absorb anymore. Originated in Georgia and common around the south (especially in Northern Florida).
Last Tuesday, the Hotel 8 stiffed on our promised mini-fridge, so we introduced them to a Georgian Yellow Tide just before we checked out.
