What is Gettafuck?

This word was created by myself and some friends of mine on a French exchange where we discovered that the French people loved using this newly created english swear word. It is widely usable amongst all conversation to express a feeling of awe, dristress, pain etc... quite like the last 4 letters on their own.
"why dont you just gettafuck you looser!!"
"GETTAFUCK!!"
