In most cases this person has a very "heroin addicted" look, tends to pose as a fan of heavy music (though secretly cant get enough Micheal Bolton) generally has an almost frightening sound to their voice possibly some type of evolutionary defence trait to make up for lack of strength and what experts call "noodley arms"
