Deliberately withholding a piece of information from your friends/acquaintances for the purpose of making them squirm.

Lying about something on purpose to watch how your friends react to the misinformation.

"Hey Chris, I haven't studied at all for the exam..." (When in fact he's been studying all night, thus pulling a gilleh)

"Hey Chris, I have no idea what's going to be on the test..." (When in fact he's been talking to the prof. all morning and knows exactly what's on the test)

"Hey Chris, I don't have the review that Dana said she was going to give me..." (When in fact he's reading it on his computer as he messages)
