A word used to describe someone who is having a stupid moment. It was created in New Braunfels by two girls who needed to find a different word than "retard" because the word "retard" was thought inappropriate by their parents and teachers.

"Jill is such a gimtard. I can't believe that she thought Washtington DC was in Washington state!!"
