Short for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered/ Transexual, and Queer. Refers to what I guess you could call sexual minorities, "queer" being used as a blanket term for the first four and anything else unusual.

We're sick of everyone calling things "gay" when they're mad; we're starting a GLBTQ club to try to cut this crap.
