What is Grantpa?

A grandpa who pays for his grandkid's college expenses, tuition, rent, bills, etc., enabling the grandkid to smoke excessive amounts of weed and have keggers every night.
Don't worry, this ounce of chronic is on me. My grantpa pays all my bills so I have some extra dough.
