A frequent phenominon that only occurs in the state of Washington. A green clusterfuck is when you come up behind a row of cars of two or more that are stopped at a green light. It may take three to five seconds for traffic to start moving. It can also occur when your in a long line of cars and the light has just turned green. In this case the light might turn red before you get to move, if you even get to move at all.

Shit man!, I got caught in the biggest green clusterfuck yesterday. I couldn't tell if the person in front of me was high, coming off of caffeine, or what.
