What is Grouching?

An act of vandalism. The perpetrator, while hanging out of the window of a Sedan, grabs a garbage bag placed on the side of the road for pick-up and drags it down the street until the bag breaks scattering the thrash.
Caution: act may cause extreme moments of euphoria.
"Stubbie and the gang went out grouching the evening before, trash was scattered all up and down Mott Park."
