When one makes a gun shape with ones hand (two fingers pointed forwards, thumb up) and absolutely ruts somebody with it (to rutis to vigourously make love to). Different gun shapes can be made, including the bazooka (the whole arm in up to the shoulder) and the double barrel shotgun (two hands).

Jack: I couldn't get the little man up so I had to gunrut the missus all night. My wrists were so sore in the morning!
