What is Gurgle Splat?

The sound of saliva hitting the cold pavement, and/or, the sound of someone gargling and then spewing it in the sink. Basically a sound effect to use in a conversation that is going stale.
"When you spit that sucker out it went Gurgle Splat!"
" And the noise went gurgle splat, and it hit the ground."
