A gwafty is an over-sized and over-styled haircut otherwise known as a "barnwat" or a "barnoot". These can mostly be located in East London but are starting to appear all over the country. Must be something to do with the pigeons.
Billy has a ridiculous gwafty and needs to book a trip to the barbers asap.
