What is Halfzee?

Person, whose parents are each from a different nationality and/or "multi-racial ethnic identity". Heard at various places, seen on the net...rarely.
My mom is from Poland, my dad from Australia, my grandmother is half japanes/half chinese - which makes me kind of a halfzee.
