What is Ham Out?

To become so full of rage at someone over the phone, as to physically take it out on part of your computer monitor or other surrounding electronic by physically attacking it (Punching, smashing etc..)
"John look's like he's about to Ham Out"
"You missed it, Rick just Hammed Out"
