What is Hand Kid?

A kid at my school that does these wierd things with his hands (he is NOT masturbating) and makes odd sound effects that consist of whooshing and exploding style noises. Most people theorize that he is pretending to act out a war between spaceships or between magical wizards. Hand Kid also does wierd stuff like hiss at people during lunch and in the halls or wear wierd hats shaped like cats and claim that they're dragons.
