What is Handyism?

A sincere statement of interest, excitement, or encouragment that is mistakenly interpreted as sarcasm due to unintentional vocal intonation and/or eyebrow movement.

Antonym: Back-handyism.

Handyisms include (but are not limited to) one-word reactions such as: "Seriously?" "Really?" and "Definitely."
